(ĐN)- On January 24, the second day of the Lunar New Year, State President Truong Tan Sang visited and wished a happy new year to workers at their enterprises and guesthouses in Dong Nai province.
During his visit to Dong Nai, the President was accompanied by Chairman Dang Ngoc Tung of the Vietnam Labor Confederation, Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee, Party Committee Deputy Secretary Le Hong Phuong, People’s Committee Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai, People’s Council Chairman Tran Van Tu, Fatherland Front Chairman Vy Van Vu.

He presented gifts to the workers who are unable to return home for Tet.
At the Formosa Company in Nhon Trach industrial zone, President Sang met with more than 300 workers, urging them to exert more efforts to improve their skills to meet their work demands as well as the country's development.

He urged the company's leaders and Trade Union to pay more attention to the workers, helping keep their focus on their work.
The President also visited guesthouses for workers in Long Binh ward, Bien Hoa city and Trang Bom district.

He asked that local authorities, companies, grassroots organisations and guesthouse owners pay more attention to the workers' living conditions.
On the occasion, President Sang offered incense at the Martyrs’ Monument in Nhon Trach district and extended his Tet wishes to the Dong Nai Party Committee, government and people.
