The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Huynh Van Toi, Head of the provincial Department of Propaganda and Training, and Mr. Tran Minh Phuc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.
At the working session, Dong Nai’s leaders briefed the delegation on the province’s social and economic development. They also shared their experiences in training managerial officials and ensuring political stability, national defense, security and social order with the guests.
On behalf of the delegation, Director of Phongsaly province’s Political and Administrative Academy expressed his thanks to the provincial leaders for their warm welcome and said that he has learned valuable lessons from Dong Nai for application to his province.
On this occasion, the delegation visited Dong Nai Political School, Bien Hoa II industrial park and Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority.
