Bien Hoa voters air complaints to provincial leaders

(ĐN)- Delegates of the People’s Councils in Dong Nai province and Bien Hoa city on Monday met with voters in the four districts of Thong Nhat, Tan Van, Trung Dung and Buu Hoa, Bien Hoa city, to hear their opinions and complaints ahead of the 8th provincial People’s Council’s year-end session.

(ĐN)- Delegates of the People’s Councils in Dong Nai province and Bien Hoa city on Monday met with voters in the four districts of Thong Nhat, Tan Van, Trung Dung and Buu Hoa, Bien Hoa city, to hear their opinions and complaints ahead of the 8th provincial People’s Council’s year-end session.

Meeting with voters in Thong Nhat and Trung Dung districts, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai heard their concern over low allowances for grass-root cadres, many cases of murder and robbery occuring the city that shocked local residents, a significant increase in the number of traffic accidents, the delay of many construction projects in the province and other matters.

The voters also asked local authorities to impose harsher punishments for illegal advertisement stickers being pasted all over public property and works.
 
On the voters’ opinions on security and social order in the city, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai said the Provincial People’s Committee will work with police units in the province to implement drastic measures to ensure social order and security in the upcoming Lunar New Year Festival.

On the same day, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Minh Phuc and Sectary of the Bien Hoa municipal Party Committee Nguyen Phu Cuong met with voters in Tan Van and Buu Hoa wards.
