During its stay in Dong Nai, the delegation worked with Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai provincial Party Committee Le Hong Phuong.
According to a report from the provincial Party Committee’s Organisational Board, 7 new party cells have been established in non-state companies in Dong Nai since the start of the year, bringing the number of party cells in Dong Nai-based non-state companies to 115 with 3,689 party members, including 15 part cells in foreign invested companies with 489 party members.
At the meeting with the leader of Dong Nai province, Mr. Tuong Phi Chien said that Dong Nai's experiences in establishing party cells in non-state companies is helpful to Ha Noi as the city has encountered some difficulties over the past few years.
