Provincial People’s Council delegates meet voters in Bien Hoa city

(ĐN)- Delegates of the People’s Councils in Dong Nai province and Bien Hoa city  led by Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai met with voters in the five wards of Bien Hoa city: Thong Nhat, Trung Dung, Quang Vinh, Thanh Binh and Hoa Binh to hear their concerns from July 5-6.

At the meetings, the delegates briefed local voters on the social, economic, national defence and security situation in the Dong Nai in generally and Bien Hoa city in particularly in the first half of this year.

 

Most of local voters said that they were happy when viewing achievements made by Dong Nai in the January-June period.

 

Land compensation and relocation for residents were the most concerns of local voters. In addition, voters in the five wards voiced concerns about slow progress of  granting land ownership certificates, the delay of many construction projects in the province and other matters. They also asked the local authorities to take more drastic measures to stabilise the market as well as prevent traffic accidents in the province, issue timely free health insurance cards for children under six and the poor…

 

Also at the meertings, delegates and representatives of local authorities answered questions and comments raised by the voters. The delegates promised that they would work with provincial authorities to find a solution to the urgent issues and give people reasonable answers to pressing problems.
