Provincial Fatherland Front awarded excellent emulation flag

(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial Fatherland Front Committee has just held a meeting to review its activities in the first six months of the year. The meeting was attended by Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation Bui Ngoc Thanh.

Ms. Bui Ngoc Thanh awards excellent flag to provincial Fatherland Front Committee

Over the past five years, the fatherland front cooperated with local authorities and functional agencies to promote the strength of great national unity to fulfilling political tasks, contribute to the implementation of provincial socio-economic tasks, maintain the political security and social safety and order.

Since the beginning of the year, the front raised more than VND41.9 million to help the poor, built and handed over 474 charity houses totaling over VND10.1 billion.

In the remaining months of the year, the front will continue its efforts to boost emulation movements, encourage people to take part in patriotic emulation movements for successful implementation of the province’s socio-economic development targets.

At the meeting, the provincial People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee awarded outstanding emulation flag to the front and certificates of merit to 26 collectives and 9 individuals for their contributions to the front’s activities.
