Born in 1928, Mother Thanh, a Choro ethnic person, lived in hamlet 3, Xuan Hoa commune. She saw three children including 2 sons and 1 daughter sacrifice their lives to the fight for national independence.
Xuan Loc district’s authorities have granted the allowance of mother Thanh worth VND 26.7 million for Ly Thi Kiem who was Thanh’s daughter to worship her mother and repair her mother’s tomb.
