On this occasion, 3 units and 18 individuals from the Departments for Social Order Investigation Police in Dong Nai province and Bien Hoa city, police and night-watch force in Phuoc Tan commune were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Police Department in recognition of their contribution in helping to smash a criminal ring that had assaulted with an electrical cord to seize the personal property of local residents.
