The preliminary and qualifying rounds took place from May 28-29 at the province’s Conference Centre, attracting 84 contestants from universities and junior colleges across the province. Contestants competed in three categories – traditional costume, evening gown and costume of their own choice.
The best ten contestants have been selected for the final round of the competition
Hoang Ngoc Anh and Bui Thi Bich Tram triumphed over eight others in the question and answer contest.
The organising board also presented two second, two third, four consolidation prizes and other prizes.
On this occasion, the contestants visited and presented gifts for unlucky children at the Dong Nai centre for disabled children.
