(ĐN)- A female student from Lac Hong University was hospitalized with minor injury after being hit by a truck transporting sand in Huynh Van Nghe Street, Bien Hoa city’s Buu Long ward near the school Friday afternoon, police said.

The truck hits the central reservation and lands upside-down |
The truck driven by Huynh Thanh Son was heading Nguyen Ai Quoc Street when it hit the student on a motorcycle at about 3pm. Then, the driver lost control of his truck and crashed into the central reservation, landed upside-down. Fortunately, the driver of truck escaped from the upturned vehicle and sustained slight injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
