The average bonus in the province is VND3.43 million per capita.
The highest, lowest and average rates at private firms hit VND18 million, VND1.2 million and VND2 million per capita respectively. The highest and average rates at state-run businesses are VND120 million and VND5.2 million per capita respectively, while foreign-invested companies offer between VND336 million and VND610 thousand per capita.
