(ĐN)- A meeting has just been held in Nhon Trach district to review 10 years of implementation of Politburo’s Directive 59-CT/TW on strengthening of the Party’s leadership in Vietnam Farmers Association’s activities in the period of industrialization and modernization of rural agriculture.
Over the past years, the farmers association at all levels have made reasonable efforts to improve its members’ spiritual and material life. Accordingly, more than 5,000 poor farmer households in the district have escaped poverty and 2,000 others recognized as good farmers in production and business.
In the next time, the district will focus on providing vocational training to farmers and rural laborers.
