The Trung Nam Investment and Building JSC has just begun construction of the Dong Nai 2 hydroelectric plant at a cost of VND1.6 trillion (US$102 million)
The plant, designed for a capacity of 70 MW, is scheduled to be operational in the second quarter of 2011 with a projected annual output of 294 million KWh.
