(ĐN)- On December 27, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot and General Director of Berjaya Land Berhad signed a memorendum of understanding to build the Nhon Trach city centre, under the witness of Secretary of Dong Nai province’s Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh and Chairman of the Berjaya Corporation Tan Sri Dato Seri Vincent Tan.

Besides, the D2D signed a cooperation agreement with Berjaya Corp to establish Berjaya-D2D Company Limited with chartered capital of $20 million, $15 million of which is contributed by Berjaya Corp.
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh pledged that Dong Nai province will create all favourable condition for the Berjaya Land Berhad to carry out the project and complete it as scheduled.
On this occasion, the Berjaya Group donated VND2 billion to the Fund for the Poor of the province and VND1 billion for a similar fund of Nhon Trach district.
