Former Thai PM Anand Panyarachun pays working visit to Dong Nai

(ĐN)- Thailand business delegation led by former Thai Prime Minister Anand Panyarachun paid a working visit to Dong Nai late last week to sound out business prospects in the province. Receiving the delegation were Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot and the province’s other leaders.

(ĐN)- Thailand business delegation led by former Thai Prime Minister Anand Panyarachun paid a working visit to Dong Nai late last week to sound out business prospects in the province. Receiving the delegation were Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot and the province’s other leaders.

Some members of this delegation are representatives of American and European corporations which have long-term business relationships with Amata (Vietnam) Company, the owner of Amata Industrial Park in Dong Nai.

Speaking at the reception, Chairman Vo Van Mot said that Anand Panyarachun and his delegation’s visit contributed to deepening the traditional friendship and cooperation between Thailand and Vietnam.

At the working session, Mr. Anand Panyarachun reviewed the good relations between Vietnam and Thailand during the past time and expected that the two agencies will continue to cooperate and support each other, further boost relations in the future. Besides, the delegation was also very interested in Dong Nai’s investment attraction policies.  

For real estate, a member of the delegation said his company wanted to invest in new industrial parks “which would be as successful as Dong Nai-based Amata IP”.

Before that, the delegation visited Sonadezi Long Thanh J.S Company and Amata Industrial Park.
