D&F puts into operation in Trang Bom district

(ĐN)- In the morning of December 8, Donataba’s food processing and poultry, livestock slaughtering plant (D&F) was officially put into operation in Trung Hoa commune, Trang Bom district. The ceremony was attended by Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Le Hong Phuong, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot, leaders of other provinces and districts, and representatives from departments, agencies in the province.

The VND70 billion plant uses semi-automatic technology imported from Europe and has a capacity of slaughtering 100 pigs and 2,000 chickens per hour. Besides, a waste water treatment system, with a capacity of 500 m3/day, has also been installed at the plant.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman Vo Van Mot praised the efforts of Donataba in hastening the progress of the project to develop the provinces food processing industry. The plant is established to enhance the competitive capacity of agricultural sector in the international economic integration process, supply safe and clean food to local consumers and foreign markets. He also stressed that Donataba should pay more attention to training and developing human resources to catch up with modern technology, serve for production.
