(ĐN)- The construction of Nhon Trach water supply plant was officially started on December 15. The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by Minister of Construction Nguyen Hong Quan, Secretary of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai, Japanese Consul General in HCMC Ikuo Mizuki, representatives from departments, agencies, localities, and foreign contractors.
