(ĐN)- In the morning of Dec.12, Capital Aid Fund for Employment of the Poor (CEP Fund) officially opened its nineteenth branch at 12 Bui Van Hoa street, Hoa Binh ward, Bien Hoa city.
The CEP was set up in 1991 by the Labour Confederation of HCMC, its main activities are to assist the poor in developing their businesses and meeting their basic needs, to reduce the rate of unemployment and to support a spirit of mutual assistance in work and the broader community. The Bien Hoa branch of CEP has been established with a capital of VND8 billion, this figure is expected to raise to 12-15 billion in the next five years.
