(ĐN)- In the morning of November 15, Urban and Industrial Zones Development Investment Corporation (IDICO) in cooperation with Full Power J.S Company held a ground-breaking ceremony to start the construction of high rise building at Hiep Phuoc commune, Nhon Trach district. The 15 storey building, the highest building in Nhon Trach district to date, will house a total floor space of 20,000 sq.m with 156 high class apartments. The project has an investment capital of VND80 billion and is expected to complete in the next two years.
Presently, IDICO is also investing in the residential area projects in Hiep Phuoc and Hoa An communes, Bien Hoa city.
