Bien Hoa Confectionery Corp (Bibica) opened its Bibica Mien Dong factory on Wednesday. Costing VND86 billion (US$5.37million) to complete, the new factory is expected to generate VND90 billion ($5.62 million) in annual revenue, and VND10 billion in profit.
