DHL donates 1,200 helmets to primary school children

(ĐN)– DHL, the global market leader in international express, and the Asia Injury Prevention Foundation (AIPF) on September 13 donated 1,200 safety helmets to pupils of Nguyen Hue Primary School in Dong Nai province’s Bien Hoa city. This donation is part of the “Helmets for Kids” publicity campaign launched by the AIPF, a non profitable organization, aiming to encourage children nationwide to wear the helmets and increase the awareness of young people about the importance of helmet wearing.

Through the programme, the AIPF hopes to raise safety awareness in Vietnamese children and the greater community.

Until now, the AIPF has cooperated with local and foreign individuals and organizations to give 260,000 safety helmets to primary pupils in Viet Nam, Thailand, Laos and Combodia.
