(ĐN)- A ground-breaking ceremony to build Ngoc Dinh junior high school was held in the morning of August 22 in Dinh Quan district. The three-floor school with library, laboratory, and spacious classrooms is built with an estimated cost of VND 12.13 billion funded by the provincial budget.
