It is a meaningful activity that helps tighten the ties between soldiers and people.
From December 7 to 14, soldiers of Military Zone No. 7’s Regiment 3 of Division 9 have gone down Xuan Hoa commune, Xuan Loc district to help repair roads damaged by heavy rains with total length of over 60 km. Over the past years, soldiers have helped people not only in rural areas where their unit stationed in but also in southeastern provinces.
