(ĐN) In the morning of 15 April, 05, a meeting with its purpose of commending 164 representative elderly because of their contribution to the local communist party and authority for stable politics and social development. They are the representative elderly in a emulation movement called as "the elderly have a brilliant mind, setting a good example in national construction and protection". It was hold at meeting-hall of the Provincial Library by the Representative Board of the Provincial Elderly Association. There are approximately 130,000 members in this association.
