On February 1, Dong Nai Green Community Group, in coordination with the Ho Nai Ward Youth Union, launched the “Green Sunday 2026” campaign in Quarter 4, Ho Nai Ward, Dong Nai province. The campaign sought to eliminate a long-standing residential waste hotspot that had seriously polluted the environment and marred the urban landscape, while also encouraging a green lifestyle among residents in the locality.
The campaign attracted 50 volunteers, including pupils, students, and young workers from the Dong Nai Green Community Group, who participated in collecting and sorting waste.
After nearly three hours of collection and sorting, tons of household solid waste were neatly packaged and transported by specialized vehicles to designated disposal sites in accordance with regulations. At the same time, the group coordinated with leaders of Ho Nai Ward and Quarter 4 to conduct outreach and communication on household solid waste collection and sorting.
Below are meaningful images of the campaign recorded by reporters from Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television.
