To facilitate the functional conversion into an urban–commercial–service area, the total land area required to be clear at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (IP) is nearly 320.3 hectares. Of this, priority area 1, covering 50.5 hectares, has achieved nearly 90% “clean land.”

According to the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center, compensation and site clearance work at Bien Hoa 1 IP to implement the project converting the IP into an urban–commercial–service zone is currently being carried out with urgency.

Among the 11 enterprises and units located in priority area 1, four companies have fully handed over their land, including Tan Mai Group JSC (17.7 hectares), Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation JSC (over 2 hectares), Mien Dong JSC (over 1.2 hectares), and Texma Vina Wash Co.
