PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has approved a plan to build national online public service portal in a bid to increase transparency and accountability of State agencies as well as the quality of public service delivery.
The portal will be designed to provide information and instructions for citizens and businesses to follow administrative procedures and online public services.
It will also be a channel for citizens and businesses to evaluate the performance of State agencies.
The Government expects to offer online services at level 3 and 4 by 2020, according to the plan.
The plan also sets goal to create 500,000 accounts in 2019, one million accounts by 2020 and at least 8 million accounts by 2023./.
