(ĐN)- Dong Nai Department of Justice and Long Khanh town People’s Committee have held a training course on the Law on Human Trafficking.
At the course, participants were disseminated some contents of the law, such as the Government’s decree regulating some articles in the Law on Human Trafficking, human trafficking prevention, detection and handling of violations, international cooperation, etc.
The Law on Human Trafficking helps improve the effectiveness of human trafficking prevention and control as well as help victims of the crime to reintegrate into the community. The Law also aims to facilitate international cooperation in the field.
With 58 articles, the Law provides for human trafficking prevention, detection, and handling of violations related to human trafficking; receipt, protection of and support for trafficking victims.
