Decree 53/2017/ ND-CP, dated May 8, 2017 regulates the types of legal papers on land eligible for construction permits.
Decree 54/2017/ND-CP, dated May 8, 2017 stipulates certain articles and approaches to implement the Pharmacy Law. The Decree regulates the issuance of the pharmaceutical practice certificate; pharmaceutical business; export and import of medicines.
Decree 55/2017/ND-CP, dated May 9, 2017 on aquaculture management, and tra fish products processing and export regulates that activities involving the farming of commercial tra fish must meet four conditions, including locations and area suitable with land use plans of the provincial People’s Committee; infrastructure conditions that meets technical conditions for farming commercial tra fish; regulations on food safety; regulations on commercial tra fish processing conditions. Tra fish products that are exported must be processed at tra fish processing facilities meeting all the conditions mentioned above. Decree 55 aimed to replace Decree 36/2014/ND-CP dated April 29, 2014 and laid a legal foundation for the sector to integrate and grow in sustainable manner.
Decree 56/2017/ND-CP, dated May 9, 2017 regulates some articles of the Law on Children. It consist of seven chapters and 58 articles, targets to protect beneficiaries, including orphans whose both parents have died; children who are abandoned and have no relatives; children with disabilities or living with HIV/AIDS; juvenile offenders or drug addicts; and children dropping out of school to earn their own living.
Children who are victims of violence, labor exploitation, sexual abuse, and human trafficking; those from poor and near-poor families suffering dangerous diseases or diseases requiring long treatment; and migrant and refugee children, will also benefit from the decree.
The Government on May 16, 2017 issued Decree 61/2017/ND-CP on the verification of bad debts’ initial price, and the formation of a council for bad debt auction.
