The Government and PM issued 14 legal documents in October, including six decrees and eight decisions.
Decree No. 138/2016/ND-CP was released on October 1, 2016, promulgating the Government’s working regulation. The decree stipulates working principles of the Government; working programs of the Government, the PM; Government meetings and conferences.
Decree No.139/2016/ND-CP, dated October 4, 2016, regulates regulations on licensing fees. It will take effect on January 1 next year.
Decree No. 141/2016/ND-CP was introduced on October 10, 2016, regulating on autonomy mechanism of the units which are self-responsible for their own income and expenditure in the economic field.
Decree No.142/2016/ND-CP was issued on October 14, stipulating the principles, contents, measures, international cooperation and responsibilities in preventing online information conflicts in Viet Nam. Accordingly, the Government sets forth four major contents to prevent online information conflicts, including supervising, detecting and warning conflicts; identifying causes of conflicts; screening, remedying and eliminating conflicts; and providing public information and performing international cooperation on online information conflicts prevention.
Decree 143/2016/ND-CP was introduced on October 14, 2016 on investment and operation in vocational education. It consists of four chapters and 26 articles.
Decision No. 43/2016/QD-TTg, dated October 17, 2016, prescribes the national statistical survey program. The document will come into force since December 1, 2016.
Decision No. 46/2016/QD-TTg was released on October 19, 2016 and promulgates norms on allocation of the 2017 state budget’s current expenditure estimates./.
