Decree No. 119/2016/ND-CP of the Government defines a number of policies on management, protection and development of coastal forests in response to climate change.
Accordingly, the Decree stipulates coastal forest management, the State investment policies, encouragement activities for social investment, rights and responsibility of organizations, businesses, households and individuals and forecasts on investment on coastal forest management, protection and management.
