Decree No. 14/2016/ND-CP dated March 15, 2016 stipulates lines, appropriate professional requirementsof the People's Army for citizens aged women perform Military service; citizenship exempt wartime enlistment and training of reserve second-class soldiers.
Decree No.15/ND-CP, dated March 15, 2016, amends and supplements some articles of Decree No.79/2012/ND-CP, dated October 5, 2012 on regulations on art performances, fashion shows; beauty and model contests; and circulation and trading of video and visual recordings of songs, dances, musical and theatrical performances.
The Government on March 16 released Decree 16/2016/ND-CP on management and use of official development assistance (ODA), concessional loans provided by foreign donors.
Decree No.17/2016/ND-CP, dated March 17, 2016, amends a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 112/2013/ND-CP issued on October 2, 2013, providing the sanction of expulsion and the measures of temporary custody and escorted transfer of violators according to administrative procedures, and management of foreigners violating Viet Nam’s law pending the completion of expulsion procedures.
Decree No.19/2016/ND-CP, dated March 22, 2016 regulates gas business.
On March 30, the Government released Decree No.20/2016/ND-CP prescribing the national database on handling of administrative violations.
Decision No.09/2016/QD-TTg, dated March 2, 2016 regulates credit loans for medical students upon their graduation and internship at licensed clinics and health facilities.
