Decree 70/2015/ND-CP dated September 1 by the Government regulates and directs the implementation of several articles in the Law on Medical Insurance for people serving in the army, public security and national information security forces.
Decree 73/2015/ND-CP dated September 8 by the Government comprises five charters and 14 articles and regulates standards and procedures to categorize and grade tertiary institutions.
