The Ministry of Justice has said that the Government and the Prime Minister issued 25 legal documents in September, including 15 decrees by the Government and 10 decisions by the PM.
Decree 70/2015/ND-CP dated September 1 by the Government regulates and directs the implementation of several articles in the Law on Medical Insurance for people serving in the army, public security and national information security forces.
Decree 73/2015/ND-CP dated September 8 by the Government comprises five charters and 14 articles and regulates standards and procedures to categorize and grade tertiary institutions.
The Government's Decree 75/2015/ND-CP dated September 9 aims o protect and develop forests whilst reducing poverty fast and sustainably among ethnic minority groups.
On September 10, the Government issued Decree 76/2015/ND-CP to regulate the implementation of several articles of the Law on Real Estate Business.
Government Decree 78/2015/ND-CP dated September 14 on business registration directs in details relevant regulations related to business registration in accordance with the 2014 Business Law. It also comprises supplements and amendments to shortcomings in Decree 43/2010/ND-CP and Decree 5/2013/ND-CP.
On September 15, the PM issued Decision 41/2015/QD-TTg on selling batches of shares to help ministries, sectors, localities and State-owned enterprises to conduct equitization and divestment in accordance with the Government’s Decree 40/NQ-CP.
Decision 43/2015/QD-TTG by the PM on September 16 comprises seven articles to regulate allowances for public security officers and workers who directly manage, educate and give medical checks and treatment to people with HIV/AIDS.
On September 28, the PM issued Decision 46/2015/QD-TTg to regulate policies on supporting training at elementary levels within three months.
