The PM has recently issued a list of 22 decrees and three decisions which will be introduced in 2016 and 2017 to guide the implementation of eight effective laws.
The effective laws were passed at the 9th session of the 11thNational Assembly including the Law on Government organization, the Law on organization of local administration, the Law on Veterinary, the Law on on Sea and Island Natural
Resources and Environment, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, the Law on Military Service, and the Law on State Budget.
The PM assigned the Ministry of Home Affairs to craft a decree on Government agencies and another on the number of People’s Committee Vice Chairmen. The two decrees would be released this October.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall compose and present a decree to guide the implementation of the Law on Veterinary and a decision on organization and operation of the Steering Committee on prevention of animal diseases at all levels.
The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs shall compose a decree guiding the enforcement of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, another decree on labor incident insurance, obliged occupational diseases.
The PM also entrusted the Ministry of National Defence to map out a decree on careers of female citizens at the ages of military service, a decree on policies for non-commissioned officers and so on.
