Viet Nam is to exempt income tax on foreign experts working for projects using non-refundable aid of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in the country.
Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung on Dec. 29 agreed with the new policy that will much benefit foreign experts.
The Deputy PM assigned the Finance Ministry to coordinate with relevant agencies to implement this policy.
