Promulgated by the Government on September 15, this Decree details the implementation of a number of articles of the Competition Law regarding control of acts in restraint of competition and competition litigation procedures.
Subjects of application of this Decree include business organizations and individuals and trade associations operating in
Regarding the control of acts in restraint of competition, this Decree provides for the identification of competition restriction agreements, the abuse of dominant positions on the market and abuse of monopoly positions, and economic concentration.
As for competition litigation procedures, this Decree contains specific provisions on the contents of dossiers of complaints about competition cases and the procedures for acceptance of these dossiers; administrative measures to be applied in the investigation and handling of competition cases; hearings of competition cases and other related proceedings.
The Ministry of Trade will be responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decree
