Dong Nai has an investment promotion program into the schemed industrial zones (IZs) and industrial clusters, especially emphasizing on the 16 in IZs approved by the government and completed with infrastructure and on the mountainous ones belonging to the northern part of the province.

1. Industrial zones:

2. Disadvantageous area (List B):
  

   - Villages and towns of the four districts Tan Phu, Dinh Quan, Xuan Loc, Cam My and Long Khanh town (except the villages in the list C below).

   - Tri An, Phu Ly villages, Vinh An town of Vinh Cuu District.

   - Village road 25 of Thong Nhat District.

   - An Vien  village in Trang Bom District.

 

3. Extremely disadvantageous area (List C):

  

   - Thanh Son, Phu Lap, Ta Lai, Daklua, Nam Cat Tien villages of Tan Phu District.

   - Phu Tan, Thanh Son villages Dinh Quan District.

   - Suoi Cao village of Xuan Loc District.

   - Song Nhan, Nhan Nghia villages of Cam My District.

   - Xuan Thien, Xuan Thanh villages of Thong Nhat District.

   - Song Thao, Doi 61, Song Trau villages (except Bau Xeo IZs) of Trang Bom District.

     Note: It’s up to the area of the project, the land price can be adjusted with the agreement from the enterprises that are investing into the infrastructure of the zone.

 

4.2. Other area:

      

       In other area, the land price ranks from 0,01-0,09 USD/m2/year in which the popular price is from 0,030-0,045 USD/m2/year depending on the location, except the land price of 0,09-0,96 USD/m2/year in towns and cities. In mountainous, poor land area, the land price is from 0,003-0,010 USD/m2/year for projects that do not belong to the fields of industrial production, services, travel, trade, mineral exploitation..

 

4.3. Land price remission:

 

    - Land price remission is applied in the time when the enterprises are in the period of basic construction.

    - Land price remission is applied in case that the enterprises face difficulties and stop the projects.

    - After the period of basic construction, the enterprises have 7 years of free land use (applied for plans invested into the disadvantageous area in List B, or plans in the occupational list promoted by Vietnamese Government or in the occupational list that is specially encouraged to invest into), or 11 years (applied for plans invested into the extremely disadvantageous area in List C).
