The Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 143/KH-UBND on the implementation of the Employment Law in the province. The plan was developed to concretize and synchronously and effectively implement the contents and tasks in Decision No. 1850/QD-TTg dated August 27, 2025 of the Prime Minister.

The goal of the plan is to raise awareness and responsibility of all levels and sectors in implementing the Employment Law, ensuring that the law is implemented promptly, uniformly, synchronously, effectively and efficiently in the province. In particular, the plan requires ensuring that the Employment Law and detailed guiding documents are uniformly implemented throughout the province and the country from January 1, 2026.

Accordingly, the plan sets out key tasks for 2026 and subsequent years, including: Organizing propaganda and dissemination of the Employment Law and guiding documents in various appropriate forms. The implementing agencies include the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Social Security, and the Dong Nai-based Bank for Social Policies.

Other tasks are: Organizing the review of legal normative documents related to the Employment Law within the assigned management areas and localities, in order to promptly amend, supplement, replace, abolish or issue new ones.

In addition, the plan also aims at developing legal normative documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Employment Law, submitting them to the Provincial People's Council for promulgation of documents detailing the contents assigned in the law (if any); as well as conducting inspections of the implementation of the Employment Law and guiding documents at agencies, organizations, and businesses in the province.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Home Affairs to lead, coordinate with relevant units to guide, monitor, and urge the implementation of this plan and report periodically. Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television is assigned to preside over and coordinate information and communication about the content and activities of the plan.

The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, agencies, and People's Committees of communes and wards to base on their functions and tasks to implement the plan and report the results of implementation to the Provincial People's Committee (via the Department of Home Affairs) before November 30 every year.
