Many Tet care activities for trade union members and workers

During the weekend of January 17 and 18, as part of the series of activities under "Tet Reunion – Spring of Gratitude to the Party 2026", grassroots trade unions across Dong Nai organized a variety of programs to support union members and workers in the province in preparation for the Lunar New Year.

Specifically, on January 18, Elma Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach commune, Dong Nai province) organized the Trade Union year-end meal for nearly 240 workers of the entire company. The meal was held in a warm atmosphere with five diverse and nutritious dishes, with the participation of enterprise leaders and trade union officials. On this occasion, the trade union decorated spring mini-scenes for workers to take photos and organized cultural exchange programs to celebrate spring and welcome the Lunar New Year.

(Dau Giay Industrial Park, Dong Nai province), Standing Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Labor Federation Bui Thi Bich Thuy attended the "Tet Reunion – Spring of Gratitude to the Party 2026" program, organized by the grassroots trade union in coordination with the company’s Board of Directors. At the program, many meaningful activities took place, including the finals of the Good Singing Voice Contest and the Handsome Men and Beautiful Women competition, lucky draws, and gift-giving to union members under challenging circumstances. The event featured various artistic performances by the workers themselves, with songs celebrating love for the homeland, the country, the seas and islands, and honoring the Party and the arrival of spring. This occasion was not only a cultural and artistic event, but also an opportunity for the company and the trade union to express appreciation and deep gratitude for the contributions of all workers over the past year.

Longwell Co., Ltd. employs approximately 6,000 workers and specializes in the production of sports shoes. In 2025, the grassroots trade union coordinated with the company to maintain stable production and continue development. In addition to activities that support workers’ material well-being, the trade union also focuses on enhancing their spiritual life through cultural, sports, and community exchange programs.

On January 18, TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province) launched the  Trade Union Tet Market 2026 Program 2026. At the event, workers could purchase price-stabilized goods in the company’s parking area, along with many essential gift items. The program runs through January 24, 2026. This program is a welfare initiative designed to support workers’ Tet shopping in line with their income. Before this, the trade union also distributed two thousand gift packages to union members in difficult circumstances.
