On the evening of December 31, at March 23 Square, Binh Phuoc ward, the Dong Nai Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc ward to organize a distinctive art program with the theme “Dong Nai welcomes the new year 2026”.
Attending the program were Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province; Giang Thi Phuong Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Party Committee Secretary, Chairwoman of the People’s Council of Binh Phuoc ward; Nguyen Khac Vinh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, along with representatives of leaders of related agencies and units and a large number of people in Binh Phuoc ward and neighboring communes and wards.

The art program “Dong Nai welcomes the new year 2026” attracted a large number of officials, soldiers, and residents in the locality to enjoy and immerse themselves in the bustling atmosphere of the moment of transition between the old year and the new year.
In a sparkling space filled with lights and vibrant spring colors, dozens of distinctive, emotionally rich performances, elaborately staged, offered the audience an evening of art brimming with joy, belief, and aspiration. Songs praising the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam, the great President Ho Chi Minh, and the love for the homeland, the country, and the people of Dong Nai blended with the melodies of spring, creating a vivid, warm, and deeply emotional artistic portrait.
The atmosphere grew even more vibrant as the final moments of the old year gave way to the new year 2026, bringing with it many fresh hopes. Lively music, paired with shimmering flares and the joyful, radiant expressions of spectators, fostered an atmosphere of excitement and unity, spreading confidence and an optimistic spirit for the journey of development ahead.

Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Khac Vinh expressed his hope that, through cultural and artistic activities celebrating the new year, the spirit of unity, belief, and new momentum among the people will continue to be awakened; thereby encouraging all sectors of the population to emulate actively in labor and production, joining hands to build Dong Nai province into a more developed, civilized, and culturally rich locality.
The program is not only a cultural and artistic event to welcome the new year, but also carries profound political and social significance. It contributes to motivating people from all walks of life to respond to the patriotic emulation movement actively and remain determined to successfully implement the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025–2030 term, as well as the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. At the same time, it is a meaningful activity commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – 2026).
Through the program, the image of Binh Phuoc ward and Dong Nai province as dynamic, compassionate, and rich in cultural identity continues to be vigorously promoted, contributing to reinforcing belief and igniting aspirations for development in the new year 2026 and the years to come.
