“Border Guard Spring Warms Villagers’ Hearts” programme slated for pilot implementation in Tan Tien commune

On January 8, Colonel Pham Van Dang, Deputy Political Commissar of the provincial Military Command and concurrently Political Commissar of the Dong Nai Border Guard Command, said that the unit had just issued a plan to organize the program “Border Guard Spring Warms Villagers’ Hearts” for the Binh Ngo Spring 2026.

In 2026, the provincial Border Guard Command assigned Tan Thanh Border Guard Station to take the lead, in coordination with Loc An Border Guard Station and Tan Tien commune, in surveying locations and organizing the pilot program, scheduled to take place from February 1 to 4 (corresponding to the 14th to the 17th day of the 12th lunar month) in Tan Tien commune. The remaining border guard stations will implement the program in communes under their jurisdiction, scheduled from February 6 to 8 (corresponding to the 19th to 21st day of the 12th lunar month).

The program “Border Guard Spring Warms Villagers’ Hearts” for the Binh Ngo Spring 2026 aims to mobilize resources to support policy beneficiary families, poor households, near-poor households, and families in difficult circumstances in border areas, enabling them to enjoy the spring and welcome the Tet holiday. Through this, it demonstrates the traditional cultural values of mutual support and solidarity; at the same time, it reflects the sentiments and responsibilities of officers and soldiers of the provincial Border Guard and agencies, units, localities, benefactors, and sponsors toward people in border areas; contributing to improving material and spiritual life for residents during Tet and Spring and continuing to strengthen and foster the solidarity between the army and the people in border areas, the frontier regions of the Fatherland.

The program also concretizes the contents of implementing coordinated activities between border guard stations and local authorities and twinned units in the spirit of “The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind”, associated with activities celebrating the Party, celebrating the Binh Ngo Spring, and welcoming the All People’s Border Guard Day on March 3, 2026...

The provincial Border Guard Command has assigned border guard stations to take the lead in coordination with border communes in developing plans and organizing the program “Border Guard Spring Warms Villagers’ Hearts” in a tight and thorough manner, thereby contributing to the improvement of material and spiritual life for residents during Tet and Spring. Through this, it continues to strengthen and foster the solidarity between the army and the people in border areas, the frontier regions of the Fatherland.
