On the afternoon of December 25, the Dong Nai Union of Science and Technology Associations and the People’s Committees of Dinh Quan and Tan Phu communes organized the signing of a coordination program for the 2026-2030 period.
*Accordingly, at the People’s Committee of Dinh Quan commune, the signing ceremony was attended by PhD Hoang Thi Bich Hang, Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Union of Science and Technology Associations; MSc Nguyen Ngoc Vu, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Union of Science and Technology Associations and representatives of leaders of communes in Cluster 8, including: Dinh Quan, Phu Vinh, Phu Hoa, Thanh Son, La Nga.

At the working session, the Dong Nai Union of Science and Technology Associations and leaders of the communes agreed to appoint Dinh Quan commune as the Cluster Head of Cluster 8. Accordingly, the coordination program will focus on the following areas: organizing the annual Technical Innovation Contest and the Youth and Children Innovation Contest; applying digital technology and promoting digital transformation; disseminating and popularizing knowledge; providing guidance on the implementation of guidelines, policies, laws, and documents related to science and technology; coordinating the organization of conferences, seminars, and discussions in the field of science and technology. These activities aim to create opportunities for residents and students in the locality to access scientific and technical advancements, thereby fostering their creative capacity.
The signing of the coordination program aims to enhance the capacity and operational efficiency of each party to effectively implement the objectives, tasks, and solutions for local science and technology development. In addition, it serves as a basis to strengthen linkages and promote the role of science and technology, contributing to local socio-economic development and national defense and security.
*On the same day, at the People’s Committee of Tan Phu commune, the Dong Nai Union of Science and Technology Associations and the People’s Committee of Tan Phu commune (the unit selected as the Cluster Head of Cluster 7, including Tan Phu, Phu Lam, Ta Lai, Nam Cat Tien, and Dak Lua communes) signed the coordination program for the 2026–2030 period.

According to the coordination program signed between the Dong Nai Union of Science and Technology Associations and the communes of Cluster 7, the focus will be on the following contents: organizing the annual Technical Innovation Contest and the Youth and Children Innovation Contest; implementation of programs to disseminate knowledge and guide the implementation of guidelines, policies, laws and documents related to science and technology; coordination in organizing conferences, seminars, talks in the field of science and technology and contests, competitions and awards; coordination in consultancy and social criticism; along with several other tasks suitable to functions and duties.
The purpose of the signing is to create favorable conditions for residents, students, organizations, and individuals in the locality to actively participate and promote their creative capacities. This endeavor, in turn, contributes to the effective implementation of provincial directives on science and technology development, in line with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
