A representative of the Trang Bom commune People’s Committee stated that: The locality currently has two industrial parks with numerous small and medium-sized companies in operation, and the labor demand among enterprises is exceptionally high. The session is intended to serve as a bridge between workers and enterprises, while also supporting workers in securing stable employment and helping enterprises recruit according to their actual needs amid periodic labor shortages. This endeavor is also a practical initiative that contributes to promoting the sustainable development of the local labor market.
