On October 5, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labour held a meeting with worker football teams from Dong Nai participating in the 2025 Vietnam Workers, Public Employees and Labour Football Tournament.

This event is a tournament organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour in coordination with the Vietnam Football Federation and Tuoi Tre Newspaper, taking place in 2 regions: the North (Hanoi) and the South (Ho Chi Minh City).
From these two regions, 16 of the best teams will earn the right to participate in the national final round, expected to take place at the end of October in Ho Chi Minh City.

In Dong Nai, three football teams with nearly 60 worker-athletes from local enterprises are representing the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labour. The teams include: Thien Long Long Thanh Manufacturing Trading Co., Ltd., Long FA Vietnam Co., Ltd., and Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. They will compete in the regional qualifying round in Ho Chi Minh City from October 10 to 13, 2025.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labour Bui Thi Bich Thuy emphasized that the teams selected to represent the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labour in the tournament are all units with extensive competition experience and a strong record of active participation in the federation’s movements and activities. She noted that the tournament provides a healthy platform for worker-athletes to exchange ideas, learn, and train to improve their overall health. The Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labour hopes the teams will stay united and committed to training, aiming for better health, a stronger spirit, and the highest level of determination and performance in the tournament.
The participating teams pledged to give their best efforts to achieve the highest results in the tournament. On this occasion, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labour presented gifts and flowers to congratulate the teams.
