At the meeting, Delegation No. 1 briefed voters on the agenda for the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Expressing their opinions, voters said the rearrangement of administrative units and the implementation of the two-tier local government model were sound policies. However, after the restructuring, the administrative areas of wards and communes have become larger, placing heavier workloads on local officials and civil servants. Many tasks previously handled by district-level agencies have now been assigned to commune-level administrations.
Therefore, voters proposed that the province should strengthen the appointment of qualified civil servants, especially those with expertise in economics, infrastructure, urban management, education, and finance, to work at the grassroots level. They also called for improved benefits and incentives for local officials, civil servants, and public employees to help them stay committed to their duties.
Voters also recommended that for mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and the State, there should be continued consistency and coordination in implementing related activities, enabling these organizations to better fulfill their assigned responsibilities.

Additionally, voters expressed concerns about delays in pension payments for individuals aged 75 and above. They recommended that the Party and the State continue to introduce additional policies to improve care for elderly seniors. They also put forward several suggestions on repairing and upgrading certain roads to ensure safer and more convenient travel for residents, along with concerns related to environmental sanitation.
At the meeting, National Assembly deputies, along with representatives from relevant departments, sectors, and local authorities, addressed and clarified issues of concern to voters.
