On September 22, Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Tan Luc, Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Regional Defense Command 3 - Dong Xoai, Dong Nai Provincial Military Command, said: The prolonged heavy rain during the night of September 21 and the morning of September 22 affected the lives of some households in Thien Hung commune, Dong Nai province.

At group 5, hamlet 6, Thien Hung commune, 4 households with 17 people were isolated by floodwaters. Upon receiving the report, officers and soldiers of the Regional Defense Command 3 - Dong Xoai, Dong Nai Provincial Military Command and the Military Command of Thien Hung commune promptly arrived, coordinating with functional forces to relocate the households to safety.

Le Van Giap, Commander of the Military Command of Thien Hung commune, said: By late morning of September 22, all 4 households with 17 people had been relocated safely by officers and soldiers of the commune Military Command and coordinating forces. Among them was the family of Ho Thi Bach Tuyet, 75 years old, and her son, both of whom had suffered strokes and could not walk. The commune Military Command assigned officers to carry and escort both mother and son to safety; no casualties or property damage were recorded.

Currently, the commune Military Command has deployed forces to coordinate on duty, ensuring the safety of people and property in the area.
