United and determined to build Xuan Thanh commune towards comprehensive development

On the morning of August 10, the Xuan Thanh Commune Party Committee held a preparatory session for the 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term. 146 delegates representing over 580 Party members of the Commune Party Committee attended the congress.

Speaking at the opening session of the congress, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xuan Thanh commune Lam Huu Tu emphasized: The congress is a particularly important political event marking the formation and development process of the commune.

In the spirit of “Solidarity, democracy, creativity, development”, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xuan Thanh Commune Lam Huu Tu requested the delegates to promote the spirit, responsibility and collective wisdom, discuss and give opinions about the statements on the expected number, list of the Presidium, Secretariat, Delegate Qualification Review Board, program, internal rules and working regulations of the congress. At the same time, the delegates were asked to actively participate in discussing and giving opinions on the draft documents of the Party Committee at higher levels.

Secretary of the Xuan Thanh Commune Party Committee Lam Huu Tu requested delegates to uphold their sense of responsibility and seriously implement the working rules and regulations of the congress. At the same time, they should uphold the principle of democratic centralism in discussion and contribution of opinions, creating an atmosphere of solidarity, democracy, and intelligence, ensuring that issues presented to the congress achieve high consensus, contributing significantly to the success of the congress.

Xuan Thanh commune was established on July 1, 2025 on the basis of merging Suoi Cao commune and Xuan Thanh commune. The first Congress of the Xuan Thanh commune Party Committee for term 2025-2030, has the theme: Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; promoting the strength of great national unity, exploiting and effectively using resources; ensuring national defense and security, building Xuan Thanh commune to develop comprehensively.

The official working session of the congress will take place tomorrow morning, on August 11.
