Vo Thi Ngoc Lam, Deputy Director of the Department of Health and head of Inter-sectoral Inspection Team No. 1, stated that during the inspection, the working group was equipped with a mobile testing vehicle from the Dong Nai Department of Health to conduct random tests on food products at business establishments when deemed necessary. Any food products showing signs of suspicion were subjected to rapid testing or direct sample analysis to verify their quality. The province’s position is to strictly handle any violations (if any).

"In addition to inspecting to detect and handle violations according to regulations, the team will also provide support and new information and regulations to help business owners understand their responsibility to ensure food safety in production and business, with the goal of ensuring a safe food supply for the people," added Deputy Director of the Department of Health Vo Thi Ngoc Lam.

Previously, reporting to the working group, the commune leader stated: Currently, there are 702 production and business establishments related to food safety in the commune. These include 16 production and business establishments, 139 grocery stores, 34 collective kitchens, 431 food service establishments, and 82 street food businesses. Through random inspections this morning, all business establishments strictly complied with food safety regulations.
