Binh Phuoc General Hospital coordinated with Nha Bich Communal Police to provide free medical examinations and medicines to ethnic minority households in difficult circumstances in the commune.
Accordingly, 200 people received general examinations, blood pressure measurements, ultrasounds, and consultations for treating diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, musculoskeletal issues, and respiratory diseases. In addition, people were advised on nutrition and how to prevent common diseases. After the examination, each person received free medicine following the prescription and instructions on how to use the medicine and take care of their health at home.
The program not only helps people in difficult circumstances access medical services but also contributes to reducing the burden of medical examination costs for people in remote areas. This is a practical activity, demonstrating the spirit of sharing for community health by the team of doctors and nurses of Binh Phuoc General Hospital.
