To address these difficulties, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology Nguyen Minh Quang suggested that the Department of Health should agree on a single service and technical software provider to build a comprehensive data system for the health sector, which is linked with the Ministry of Health's data and the province's general operating center.
Regarding human resources, the Department of Health was suggested to have an IT team to assist its leadership in implementing digital transformation tasks consistently. The Department of Science and Technology will support the health sector in the issue of digital signatures and accelerate the implementation of electronic medical records at 6 units in the former Binh Phuoc Province to ensure progress.

Director of Dong Nai Department of Health Do Thi Nguyen stated: For electronic medical records, units that are coordinating with a specific provider should continue their implementation. However, the units' databases must be integrated into the health sector's shared system, the provincial operating center, and the Ministry of Health's interconnected axis.
The leader of the Department of Health also requested the Department of Science and Technology to support the issuance of identification codes for the health sector to implement a seamless document system; and to support the Department of Health with an online meeting room to direct and provide professional support to units in remote areas, facilitating access to healthcare services for residents in the province.
